About Us
WelcomeWee Care Philosophy
Our child care program allows opportunities for each child's intellectual, emotional, social and physical development. Our philosophy is based on child's direct interaction with the environment in addition to formal education methods.

The Center is designed with cheerful colors, decorations and activities to encourage children's exploration and learning. Each of our programs consist of a balanced schedule of daily activities.

Programs include active, quiet, structured, unstructured, and small group activities. Lunch, snacks, resting, indoor and outdoor play are also provided.

Admission Policy
Children are admitted to the school between the ages of 6 weeks through 12 years. This school is operated on a non-discriminatory basis, according equal treatment and access to services without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, creed or sex.

Tuition
Tuition payments are due each Monday or the first day of attendance. A late fee of $10.00 will be charged if payment is not received by 6:30 p.m., Monday. There is a family discount for each additional sibling enrolled. A registration fee of $100.00 per family is required upon enrollment, then annually each September thereafter.

Withdrawal
A two week notice is required for any student dropping or a fee of one week's tuition will be charged.

Discipline
Disciplinary problems are prevented or handled as such:
Positive re-direction to avoid a problem.
Giving recognition for positive achievement.
Time Out" if child needs time to calm down which does not exceed one minute for each year of age / maximum of five minutes.
If problem is consistent or serious, parents will be contacted for a conference.
Discipline is never associated with food, rest or toileting.

Medicine & Illness
Please do not send your child to school when any of the following symptoms are present: fever, rash, persistent coughing, heavy and/or discolored nasal discharge, diarrhea, vomiting or sore throat. Notify the school if your child has a communicable disease.

Medication Procedures
We will only administer prescription medication ONCE A DAY during the noon hour. A prescription authorization form is required for each medication.Medication and completed authorization form is to be left at front office. Medication is not to be left with your child or in any classroom.

Parent Conferences
Parent conferences are welcomed and may be arranged with the director at any time. Feel free to call us if you have any complaints, problems or suggestions.

Arrival Time / Dismissal Time
The center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Infant center open 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Parents are urged to bring their children no later than 9:00 a.m. Please accompany your child to the classroom. Each child must be signed in and out by an adult. Your child will only be released to authorized persons with proper identification. A late fee of $2.00 per minute will be charged after 6:30 p.m.

Clothing
Comfortable play clothes which allow your child to participate fully in all activities should be worn. Proper footwear to protect your child's feet is required. Your child should have a change of clothing, including underwear and socks, to be kept at the center. All items brought into the center should be clearly marked with your child's name.

Toys
Please do not allow your child to bring toys to school. Your child will have a Share Day each week. Please do not send anything of value with your child.

Holidays
The school will be closed on the following holidays:
President's Day - Martin Luther King Day - Memorial Day - Independence Day - Labor Day - Thanksgiving & Friday following - Noon on Christmas Eve - Christmas Day - Noon on New Year's Eve - New Year's Day.

Birthdays
Your child's teacher will add special songs, games, stories, etc. during the day to make this a special time for your child. Please notify your child's teacher if a cake or treat will be sent to school.

Lost Articles
The school cannot be responsible for lost articles. It is recommended that all personal items be labeled, including sweaters, coats, blankets, sheets, etc.

Nutrition
Hot lunches, mid-morning and afternoon snack will be provided daily. NO FOOD OR DRINK MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE CENTER FOR YOUR CHILD.

Tax Credit
Tuition fees earn you a tax credit. If you need further information on this, please contact the front office.
